At Big Brothers Big Sisters our staff is
dedicated to improving and changing the lives of children in
the Salina area for the better. We take our responsibility of
creating life-changing friendships seriously and our number
one priority is the safety and well being of the children in
our program. Our staff is professionally trained and works
together to deliver the best quality of service possible for
children, volunteers, families and the community. Our

Since 1968 Big Brothers Big Sisters of
Salina, Inc. has operated under the belief that inherent in
every child is the ability to succeed and thrive in life. As
the nation’s largest donor and volunteer supported mentoring
network, Big Brothers Big Sisters makes meaningful, monitored
matches between adult volunteers (“Bigs”) and children (“Littles”),
ages 5 through 18, in communities across the country. We
develop positive relationships that have a direct and lasting
effect on the lives of young people.
